Carrot, Pumpkin and Potato Recipe

 
Recipe

- 1 small carrot
- small sliced Pumpkin
- 1 small potato
- 2 cup milk

Preparations

Grind the carrot and mix it up with the rest, put it in a filter and wash it with clean cold water and then slice it with an adequately washed knife.
After slicing the vegetables altogether, put it in a pan with the prepared milk, then cook it for 20 minutes.
Once it is ready to serve, you need to grind it with a spoon until it’s easily edible by your baby.
Cooling it down will help you to feed him without any complications.

Mixed Vegetables

1 small carrot
1 small potato
2 piece broccoli
1 teaspoon oil
3 cup milk

Preparation

Slice the carrot and potato and wash them with clean water.
Don’t forget to wash the broccoli and black cabbage.
Cut them off and slice.
Cook the carrot and potato with the milk for 10 minutes.
Although, cook the broccoli and black cabbage for 10 minutes in a separate pan.

Carrot, Red lentils, and Coriander

1 small carrot
1 small potato
1 cup red lentils
3 cup milk, and
0.5 teaspoon grind coriander

Preparation

Slice the carrot and potato and cut them in a square size.
Wash it through clean water. You need to cook the milk, red lentils, and the coriander together for 40 minutes.
Lentils need to be cooked until they get very soft and edible for the baby. You can add milk if necessary. Don’t forget to grind them all with a spoon before you feed him.

half cup rice
1 bell pepper
tiny sliced cucumber
1 teaspoon oil
4 up milk, and
1 parsley leaf

Preparation

First cook the rice with the milk
You can add the sliced cucumber, parsely and the bell pepper to the mixture
When it ready grind them all with a spoon
Finally add the mixture and the oil to a cooking pan, then cook for 10 minutes
